BSNL Prepaid : SMS Activation Code for ISD Fecility

As per the TRAI guidelines ISD facility will be withdrawn  from 01-02-2013 for Prepaid Customers.
To activate/ Continuation of ISD facility please SMS ACTISD to 53733

Applicable to ALL Circles

As per TRAI guidelines ISD facility is optional for prepaid service. For activation send SMS ACTISD to 53733 and DEACTISD for deactivation.

    I have a new connection of bsnl cdma prepaid sim from northeast but unable to make isd calls . althought i have forwarded activation msg to service centre and personally put up an application for de the activation of isd call in my number but still unable to make the call. Plz help
