  • The VPNoFTTH service for e-Governance projects will be offered as an “Add On” service on BSNL FTTH only to those customers who opt for a BB plan of minimum Rs. 700/- p.m. value. If required, customers may opt for higher value BB plans also along with the VPNoFTTH. Annual payment option (with 11 months charges) is available for the BB plans. The customer will be able to access either VPN or internet at a time.
  • No downloading/uploading limits have been kept for these VPNoFTTH plans.
  • All Charges are exclusive of Service Tax.
  • Minimum hiring period for VPNoFTTH – One Year

A. For All Broadband Plans 

  • Any combination of current tariff plans of landline voice,BB and IPTV, including the BB Combo Plans are allowed to the customers subject to the total minimum Fixed Monthly Charges of Rs.499/. FTTH customers may also take only voice plans subject to minimum FMC commitment of Rs 499/- or above. 
  • In addition 10% of the Fixed Monthly Charges shall also be payable by the customer for availing the Broadband service on FTTH.

group is >50 connections.
b) Rent free incoming connections for Centrex group on FTTH to Corporate Customers/Multistorey complex/Housing Societies etc. may be provided for

The Tariff for provisioning of 2 Mbps and above leased lines on FTTH and all other terms and conditions shall be same as applicable for Copperwire Lines.

BSNL has decided to relaunch the above promotional scheme under FTTH broadband services for not charging 10% extra FMC on DSL broadband plans when used on FTTH

The above scheme shall be available with immediate (19/05/2013) effect on promotional basis for 90 days in all the circles, only to the new FTTH broadband customers.

All other terms & conditions currently applicable to new FTTH broadband applicants shall remain the same.

To promote the FTTH Broadband services, BSNL has decided "to waive off the installation/activation charges for the new FTTH broadband customers in all the circles on promotional basis for a period upto 31-03-2013."
  1. The above promotional scheme shall be available with immediate effect, only to the prospective FTTH Broadband customers on promotional basis for a period upto 31-03-2013.
  2. All other terms and conditions currently applicable to New FTTH Broadband applicants shall remain unchanged.
