(local call) and 60 paisa (STD call) The scheme is available  to Postpaid Cellone & Prepaid Excel customers. Select two working BSNL numbers anywhere within Assam. At least, one of these two numbers must be a Landline. You can talk from your mobile with these two nos.  @ 20 paisa per min. (local call) and 60 paisa (STD call)
