- The validity of freebies offered with Plan voucher is restricted to 30 days from the date of initial activation for all plans.
- Two or more rate cutters/Power Vouchers can not be recharged through CTOP UP SIM,Use BSNL Selfcare portal for recharging multiple power vouchers.

The above validity extension conditions is applicable to the existing Saral Anant Customers also.
The existing Plan continuation voucher Rs.34 is withdrawn. Hence, the extension of validity of all Plans (Except Life Time / Saral Anant Plan) is to be made by using respective Plan Vouchers only. (i.e,. Per Second Plan, Per Minute Plan & General Plan Customers also have to use only their Plan Vouchers for the Extension of Validity, since PCV 34 is withdrawn.)

BSNL Chennai Telephones has implemented revision in Validity Extension condition on pro-rata basis as detailed below instead of 100 (or above) to extend 180 days validity in BSNL SIMPLE Plan in Chennai Telephones (inc. TN Circle) wef 17/08/2013.
Note:-
· Existing procedure of automatic plan extension for customers who are having sufficient balance on the last day of GP1 will continue.
· The above revision in validity extension condition on pro-rata basis is made applicable for active/GP1 & GP2 customers of BSNL SIMPLE plan in TN Circle wef 17/08/2013.
