WINGS

BSNL is ready with its Internet Telephony (VOIP) Service with brand name “WINGS” to the customers. This service using Mobile Numbering scheme is being provided using IP based access network of IMS NGN Core switches. To use the service, a customer needs to install a SIP client (soft app) on any of its smart devices (laptop/smart mobile handset/tablet etc) having internet which will act as SIP phone to make and receive calls from anywhere in India and abroad withany party (landline/mobile). The subscriber uses its parent IMS core and IP access network of any location for the voice service through BSNL “Wings”.

BSNL is offering unlimited FREE Audio/Video calling for one year at one time activation. Customer has to activate the Services (one time in life) at Rs. 1099/-.

Key offerings of ‘WINGS’ service are:-

There are some areas where mobile coverage is not good thus poor speech quality but internet available by any means including Wi-Fi. Using Wings service using Internet service of any operator, customer will be active and make/receive calls.
Wings service APP is easily configurable on Smart phone/Laptop/Notebook by simply downloading SIP Client (Soft App).
Wings Customer can make call using any of the Internet Connection like broadband / Wi-Fi / 3G / 4G data network of any operator.
Wings can be provided over Internet Leased Line customer not having normal voice.
Supports Video calling facility (from “Wings” to “Wings”).
Free Mobility on PAN India basis
Customer can use existing address book of Mobile while calling.

5) Make payment through debit/credit/net banking through a payment gateway

7) Select WINGS Number

8) Get SMS 16 digit PIN ON YOUR MOBILE

9) Go To NGN Portal http://ngn.bsnl.co.in. for WINGS for user id Password creation through 16 digit PIN

BSNL ने शुरू की देश की पहली इंटरनेट टेलिफोनी सेवा, अब बिना सिम के भी कर पाएंगे कॉल

बीएसएनएल ने बुधवार को देश की पहली इंटरनेट टेलीफोनी सेवा की शुरुआत की। इस सेवा को विंग्स का नाम दिया गया है। यह एक तरह की एप है जिसकी मदद से आप वाई-फाई या इंटरनेट का इस्तेमाल करके देशभर के किसी भी नंबर पर कॉल कर सकेंगे। फिलहाल आप व्हाट्सएप जैसी एप की मदद से कॉल कर सकते हैं। इस सेवा की शुरुआत होने से इस एप के जरिए देशभर के लैंड-लाइन और मोबाइल पर कॉल कर सकेंगे। इस सेवा के जरिए यूजर्स 1,099 रुपये के ईयरली प्लान में कहीं भी ऑडियो-वीडियो कॉल कर सकेंगे।

क्या है इंटरनेट टेलीफोनी?

अगर किसी यूजर के पास विंग्स एप नहीं भी है तो आप उसे ऑडियो कॉल या वॉयस कॉल कर सकेंगे। वीडियो कॉल के लिए उस यूजर के पास भी विंग्स एप होना जरूरी है।

विंग्स एप के लिए कौन सा प्लान उपलब्ध है?
इस एप का इस्तेमाल करने के लिए आपको 1,099 रुपये का वार्षिक प्लान लेना पड़ता है।

कब से होगी शुरुआत?
इस सर्विस की शुरुआत 1 अगस्त से देशभर में शुरु हो चुकी है। इसके लिए कनेक्शन पहले आओ, पहले पाओ के आधार पर दिया जाएगा।

केवल बीएसएनएल नंबर पर ही कर सकेंगे कॉल?
नहीं, इस एप के जरिए बीएसएनएल नंबर के अलावा किसी अन्य नंबर पर भी कॉल कर सकेंगे।

आईएसडी कॉलिंग की भी सुविधा मिलेगी?
इस एप के जरिए आप कहीं भी कॉल कर सकते हैं, लेकिन आईएसडी सुविधा लेने के लिए यूजर्स को 2,000 रुपये चुकाने होंगे।

वाई-फाई के बिना भी कर सकेंगे कॉल?

नहीं, बिना वाई-फाई या इंटरनेट कनेक्शन के आप कॉल नहीं कर सकेंगे। इसके लिए आप किसी भी पब्लिक वाई-फाई का इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं।
मोबाइल डाटा से कर सकेंगे कॉल?
हां, आप इससे मोबाइल डाटा का इस्तेमाल करके भी कॉल कर सकेंगे। इसके लिए इंटरनेट कनेक्शन का होना जरूरी है।
बीएसएनएल की सिम होना जरूरी?
इस सेवा का इस्तेमाल करने के लिए सिम की कोई जरूरत नहीं है। आप इस सेवा का एप के जरिए इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं। आपके पास केवल विंग्स का कनेक्शन होना जरूरी है।
