5ESS Exchanges in Chennai andEWSD Exchanges at Chromepet, Chengalpattu, Sriperumbudur, Thiruvallur, and Gummidipoondi and their connected RSUs. To know the availability of this service to a particular telephone number, customers can call the toll free call centre number 1500. This service will be shortly available to all customers of Chennai Telephones. Customers can avail this service by just dialing 56700 and can select the song of their choice through Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS)
