Note:

·         Calls from Basic phone including WLL of BSNL within Tamilnadu circle including Chennai, within West Bengal Circle including Kolkata and within UP(East),UP(West) and Uttaranchal as one circle and vice-versa will be treated as intra-circle calls.

·         or Maharashtra Circle calls from Maharshtra basic to all other cellular networks including MTNL Cellular network in Mumbai shall be charged @ 60 second pulse rate.

·         In case of Basic to Basic phone calls from Maharshtra circle to Mumbai (MTNL) , calls shall be treated at par with intra-circle calls.

·         STD facility (zero Dialing) with dynamic locking system should be provided to all customers by default with whom 95 facility is available except in those cases where the customer expresses his unwillingness (in writing) to take '0' facility

·         STD facility will be provided to the existing customers without taking any additional security deposit

·         For new customers, Security Deposit will be Rs.500 for Local plus STD facility.

·         The revised tariff is also applicable for "BSNL One India"/Alternate plans and Trunk calls

·         The above revision in tariff is not applicable for PCOs.

Above revised Pulse rates are applicable with effect from 1st March 2009
