Introduction of Start –up Kit [SUK] -149 for
offering 3G
Data Card at reduced sale price
as a back up to the ADSL Post Paid Broad Band
customers
in Karnataka Circle.
Karnataka Circle has announced to offer 3.6 Mbps
3G Data Card as a back-up to ADSL Broad Band
connectivity at reduced sale price to the existing and
new ADSL Broad Band customers as a promotional offer
for 90 days w.e.f.11-10-2012.The details of the scheme
are as follows.
A. For ADSL Broad Band customers with
FMC>=Rs.600/-plan
( monthly payment option )
 Sale price of 3.6 Mbps 3G Data card :- Rs.800/-[
Excl.of VAT][ VAT-Rs.44]
 SUK with 1GB free data usage embedded in the
SIM with a validity of 30 days costing Rs.149
[ Inclusive of S.Tax]
 The bundled free data usage of 1 GB is to be
utilized within 30 days from the date of
activation.
 Along with SUK costing Rs.149 ,the customer
has to use Plan Voucher -51 for the activation
of Data Plan.
 Totally the customer has to pay Rs.200 for the
SUK as well as the Plan Voucher-51 ,the Plan
Voucher has to be activated through C Top Up
only.
And the customers will get 200 MB free data
usage to be utilized within 30 days along with
one year validity.
B. For ADSL Broad Band customers under annual
payment option or longer period commitment with
any FMC Plan.
 Sale price of 3.6 Mbps 3G Data card :- Rs.500/-[
Excl.of VAT] [ VAT-Rs.27.50]
 SUK with 1GB free data usage embedded in the
SIM with a validity of 30 days costing Rs.149
[ Inclusive of S.Tax]
 The bundled free data usage of 1 GB is to be
utilized within 30 days from the date of
activation.
 Along with SUK costing Rs.149 ,the customer
has to use Plan Voucher -51 for the activation
of Data Plan.
 Totally the customer has to pay Rs.200 for the
SUK as well as the Plan Voucher-51 ,the Plan
Voucher has to be activated through C Top Up
only.
And the customers will get 200 MB free data
usage to be utilized within 30 days along with
one year validity.
After the first month ,the customers are required to
recharge their data card at market operated rates
offered by BSNL to all data customers.
The SUK-149 paired SIMs are made available only
through BSNL CSCs. After verification of credential of
the customer i.e. the last paid bill of the BSNL ADSL
Broad Band connection in respect of existing customer
and proof of having taken BSNL Broad Band connection
in respect of new customer, till the stock exists against
the purchase of SUK & Plan Voucher-51 and on
submission of CAF,3.6 Mbps Data Card will be issued at
reduced sale price.
The above promotional scheme will be available for 90
days w.e.f.11-10-2012 to 08-01-2013 only.
The CSCs will collect a total amount of Rs.200 towards
the SUK as well as Plan Voucher ,[ plan voucher will be
activated through C Top Up] the customers will get a
free data usage of 1200 MB to be utilized within 30 days
and one year Plan Validity .Then the 3.6 Mbps data card
will be sold at Rs.844/- or at Rs .527.50/- depending the
nature of scheme of Broad Band connection.
