BSNL AP Circle has rationalized ISD special tariff
vouchers under GSM Prepaid services. The details of the plan are given below.
The following Shorter Validity ISD
STVs for 7 days are withdrawn.
STVs of 7 days validity: STV-9,
STV-11, STV- 16 and STV-18 are withdrawn.

The
reduced ISD voice and SMS rate will be allowed while in roaming in BSNL
Network.
b)
The countries for which no reduced ISD
voice call charges / International SMS rate have been prescribed , normal ISD
tariff will be applicable.
c)
All
other terms and conditions will remain the same.
d)
The
above revision in ISD STVs tariff is implemented w.e.f. 21-10-2013.
