Revision
of SIM replacement charges under GSM services

It is hereby conveyed that revision of SIM replacement charges of
defective/lost SIM has been made for 2G&3G Prepaid connection as under:-
(A) 2G (Normal SIM) – Free with condition of the Compulsory Topup/Flexi-Topup/Physical of Rs.100 (Incl.of S.Tax) (B) 3G (USIM) - Free with condition of the Compulsory Topup/Flexi-Topup/Physical of Rs.140 (Incl.of S.Tax)
Note:
1) There is no change in Replacement Charges for 2G/3G Postpaid SIMS. 2) SIM replacement charges for Prepaid 2G/3G SIM will be free,but with a condition that, Customer Service Centre incharge has to ensure that the customer makes the above said topup compulsorily. 3) The above revision will be applicable w.e.f 15.10.2013 |
