The validity of STVs is 30 days. Talk value available with the above STVs are NIL. The reduced ISD voice and International SMS rate will also be allowed while roaming in BSNL Network. The countries for which no reduced ISD voice call charges/ International SMS rate have been prescribed, normal ISD tariff will be applicable. The above ISD STV's have been implemented with effect from 15.10.2013
