Kindly refer to this office letter no. 3-4/2015-R&C-CFA, Circular R&C-CFA No. 03/15-16 dated 10-04-2015 regarding introduction of unlimited free calling on landline tariff plans during night hours i.e. 9PM to 7AM on any network. 2.
