BSNL  is happy to announce the  implementation of Balance based Tariff Facility to “Minute” Plan customers under GSM Prepaid mobile service w.e.f 27.04.2015 Details of Balance Based Tariff Apllicable to Minute plan: Voice call charges from Home Network Account Balance More than Rs.2000/- More than Rs.3500/- More than Rs.6000/- Local Onnet Rs.0.50/min Rs.0.30/min Rs.0.20/min Local Offnet Rs.0.50/min Rs.0.40/min Rs.0.40/min STD Onnet Rs.0.55/min Rs.0.50/min Rs.0.45/min STD Offnet Rs.0.55/min Rs.0.50/min Rs.0.45/min     a. The BBT facility is applicable to “Minute” prepaid plan only.     b. If customers are having active volume based Voice STVs/Rate Cutter STVs, the charges will be as per the STV and BBT facility will not apply.     c. As it is BBT, when call is in progress, switch over between slabs will take place only after completion of 3 minutes of the current call.    d. All other terms and conditions of the prepaid plan i.e. “Minute” remain the same.
