Scheme of "voice only facility" on FTTH has been introduced on landline plan of Rs. 195/- and above w.e.f 17.10.2014.
Closure of BSNL ITC Card Services BSNL is going to close ITC Card services from 01-07-2015. So all concerned including Landline Sulabh plan customers/ITC Card users are informed to exhaust the balance amount in the account of ITC Card before 30-06-2015 if any. Landline SULABH Plan customers can avail outgoing facility with the same Monthly rental and no free calls, by giving written request at nearest CSC.

Note:- Clip Instrument Charges:- In addition to above installation charges, Rs. 300/- shall be charged as cost of instrument in case of NTC and at subscribers request Rs. 600/- as replacement cost with Clip Instrument. However, clip instrument shall be changed free of cost in respect of CIC customers, who have paid last six month vill for landline connection with total amount of Rs. 5000/- . Subsequent request for change of clip instrument free of cost shall not be considered before completion of 3 years from the date of change of Clip instrument.
