An option is given to customers activating the data plans to purchase 3.6 Mbps data card at reduced price/ free as given below.

1	Customer who wants static IP address under BSNL 3 G postpaid Plans, can be provided with one static IP Address @ Rs.250/- per month. Annual payment option as mentioned at para (3) above will also be applicable to Static IP Address charges
2	Annual payment option for all 3G postpaid data plans will be available with two months Fixed Monthly Charges (FMC) discount. i.e 10 months FMC will be taken as annual charge ,when payment is at a time in advance .
3	A Discount of 10% on FMC of all 3G postpaid data plan is to be offered to Govt Employees (Central Govt/State Govt/PSUs) both existing/new connection after verifying the credential of the officer. The above 10% discount can not be clubbed with any other special discount/concession
4	Now Retired Govt Employee can also get discount of 10% on FMC of all 3G postapid data plan is to be offered to Retaired Govt Employees (Central Govt/State Govt/PSUs) both existing/new connection after verifying the credential of the officer.The above 10% discount can not be clubbed with any other special discount/concession
