Replacement of existing instrument with CLIP instrument will be done on receipt of wriiten request from customers and amount of Rs 600/- will be charged for the replacement. CLIP instrument may be changed free of cost to CICs, whose has paid last six month bill for landline connection with total amount of Rs.5000/- or above. CLIP instrument to such CICs customers shall not be changed free of cost again before three years from the date of change of CLIP instrument.

Other Charges : Name Transfer Charges w.e.f 01.04.2013 Name transfer charges @ Rs.200/- per occasion. Shifting Charges w.e.f 01.04.2013 External shifting of LL/BB plan @Rs. 300/- per shift. Safe Custody Customers, who do not intend to use their landline connection for more than three months period and want to ensure that their line is not misused in their absence, can avail the Safe Custody Plan at very nominal charges: The safe custody charges will be Rs. 50/- per month . The charges will be paid in advance. The phone connection will be disabled for the period of safe custody. Telephone number will be retained and will be restored after the period of safe custody on the request of customer. The minimum period of safe custody will be three months. Phone Plus Facilities (Special Services) (i) Abbreviated Dialing BSNL has decided to offer all Phone Plus Services including CLIP facility free of cost to its customers subject to following conditions: Technical feasibility & availability (ii) Call Transfer/forwarding Call transfer facility isavailable only within BSNL Network-PSTN & Cellular. Call Forwarding facility to other network(other than BSNL) may also be available as per mutual agreement to this effect if signed later with other operators.
