It is hereby conveyed to
allow Voice/ SMS STVs/Combo Vouchers in Home
LSA and National Roaming in BSNL area (excluding Mumbai and Delhi) under
prepaid mobile services. w.e.f 15.08.2017, in CHTD (including Tamilnadu
Circle).
Note: "When Roaming VPN customer makes calls
within VPN group, charges will be deducted from main account and not from
STV".
