1. It aims at the formation of prepaid CUG group for all MP State Govt. Employees.

2. Tariff of MPSGS-131 is detailed below :

from Employer

3. Existing MP State Govt. employee who is a customer of BSNL can approach to the

nearest BSNL CSC/CPC with a handwritten application enclosed with photocopy of

identity card or certificate from employer.

4. MNP & New customers who are employees of MP State Govt. can approach to the

nearest BSNL CSC/CPC with a Hand written application & photocopy of identity card or

certificate from employer enclosed along with the CAF.

5. The members will become active in CUG group after Recharging with CUG Voucher-131.

6. After 30 days, each member will have to recharge with Rs. 131 for 30 days validity and to

avail CUG facility. Recharge of Rs. 131 is compulsory in each 30 days period else the

data access, outgoing & CUG facility will be withdrawn till the next recharge.

All other Terms & conditions will be in accordance with Per Second Plan.
