Introduction of Add-on packs under postpaid mobile services
1. Single Bill for Maximum Five Mobile Numbers:-
(i) Single Bill will be issued if a customer wants to get a
single bill for maximum five
numbers.
(ii) Customers will have to convey their consent for
availing the single bill option in an
application with signature of all the interested group
members to the nearest BSNL
CSC.
FMC of Rs. 25/month
will be charged for the facility and would be included in the single
bill to be issued each time. However, the facility will be
free, if all the plans are of FMC of
Rs. 525 and onwards. CSR can add the Optional component
Single bill for five numbers
Rental to the main number.
2. Friends and Family CUG Add-on
(i) Free Calls shall be allowed within five on-net mobile
numbers within same LSA
(ii) Free calls by all (max. five numbers) to any one
specified on-net landline /on-net
mobile number (within same LSA).
(iii) FMC Rs. 25/month per CUG member e.g., if person ‘A’
wants to add person ‘B’ as
CUG member then both will have to give Rs. 25 and both will
be added for each other
.
(iv) CSR can add the
Optional component F&F _CUG Add On to all the mobile numbers
in the CUG group. CUG group id should be added to all the
five numbers
(v) While adding the optional component the CSR can punch in
on-net landline/mobile
number (within same LSA) in the product extended data. CSR
should ensure that same
Friends & Family number is added to all the five mobile
numbers.
3. Free Call Facility
(i) Free call facility to any one specified on-net
mobile/landline number
(within/outside LSA).
(ii) Free Call facility is available only if any of CUG Facility
as above is opted by
the subscriber. Single/same number shall be specified by all
the CUG
members.
(iii) Total FMC of Rs. 100/month would be charged for the
facility. These charges
are in lump sum and not on per member basis(iv) If the
customers subscribe for Friend and Family CUG Add on Plan together
with free call facility, any one member of the group will
have to give his consent
for being charged for free call facility ie. Rs.100 from his
account
(v) CSR should add the optional component Free Call Rent
(Main No) only to the
main number
(vi) CSR should add the optional component Free Call
Facility to Onnet to all the
five mobile number. While adding the optional component the
CSR can punch
in on-net mobile/landline number (within/outside LSA) in the
product extended
data. CSR should ensure that same Free call number is added
to all the five
mobile numbers.
4. Pool and Share Facility:-
Pool and Share facility would be available for new customers
only. A new Plan is
introduced
(i) Plan -- 225X (Family Pack)
(ii) FMC : Rs. 225 X No. of subscribers opted for the plan
(iii) Freebies: Freebies as per plan 225 X No. of
subscribers opted for the plan.
(iv) All other tariff and terms as per plan 225. Free Single
bill facility would be given
with pool and share facility.
(v) CSR can follow
the existing procedure of new plan addition for Plan 225X but
the component Plan 225X - Account Level Discount should be
added at
account level instead of service level.
5. Combo Add-On
(i) Single bill for maximum five numbers (on-net numbers).
(ii) Free calls within above specified maximum 5 numbers.
(iii) Free calls to any one specified on-net landline/mobile
number (within
LSA).Single/same number shall be specified by all the CUG
members.
(iv) Free call facility to any one specified on-net
landline/mobile number (within
LSA).Single/same number shall be specified by all the CUG
members
(v) CSR can follow the procedure mentioned in 1,2 &
3(vi) Free National calling (on-net/off-net) for one hour on 1st of every
month, or Free
national on-net calling for full day on 1st of every month.
Anyone option may
be chosen by the subscriber.
(vii) For Free national on-net calling for full day on 1st
of every month CSR can add
the optional component First of every month Discount to all
the five mobile
numbers.
(viii) For Free National calling (on-net/off-net) for one
hour on 1st of every month CSR
can add the optional component First of every month One hour
per minute
plans (applicable for Plan 99,Plan 149,Plan 725, Plan1500)or
First of every
month One hour per sec plans (applicable for Plan 145, Plan
225)or First of
every month One hour per 15 sec plans (applicable for Plan
325, Plan 525).
(ix) In case Black out day falls on first day of the month
on which free call facility is
given, then free call facility would be provided on the next
day after black out day.
(x) CSR should ensure that only one discount component
either vii or viii is added to
the customer
