Free Data Usage Charges Beyond free Usage 1 Silver 1999 1GB/Month for 12 months Rs.0.02/10 Kb 2 Gold 3560 3GB/Month for 12 month 3  Platinum 6999 5GB/Month for 12 month  Note: For Prepaid Plans service Tax including.     1) The Freebies mentioned for BIS Lite/Social, BIS C, BIS III should be added to the existing Blackberry subscriber who is migrating to BBZ10. 2) For annual Plans Silver, Gold, Platinum the APN “bsnlnet” should be used instead of “blackberry.net” and there will not be any provisioning on Blackberry server.     The subscriber will pay the PV cost in CSR (customer care) it self. 3) All the Existing BB plans will continue as per their own terms and conditions.  Activation Procedure:  1.      All the above plans are eligible only for subscribers having Z10 handsets.CSR should first verify the Handset model of the customer for booking both new annual plan and migration through STV. 2.      Gold,Silver and Platinum plans are available under prepaid->CAF entry(Bundled planwise) menu.CSC has to collect plan cost along with SIM Cost. 3.      With respect to migration of the existing customers the following steps can be followed i.                    Customer having BBZ10 Blackberry Handset has to approach the nearest CSR so that CSR may confirm the handset model of the subscriber Z10 and make an entry in Sancharsoft under Prepaid->Blackberry menu along with the details like GSM Number/SIM number/IMEI number and Z10 handset Model. ii.                  CSC has to inform the customer to send SMS only for activation of STVs for migration.These STVs should not be activated via CTOPUP. Even if the Z10 customers activate the STV through SMS, they will get Migration plan Freebies only if the CSR make entry in sancharsoft under Prepaid->Blackberry. iii.                SMS Format to activate the STV (Send to 53733)  Sl.No. Plan SMS keyword  to be sent to 53733 Amount to be deducted by IN in Rs. 1.
