How can I get 3G service?

1.Please go to the nearest BSNL customer service center or contact BSNL franchisee. 2.You can log on to www.bsnl.co.in and can download the application form. 3.To register your demand- you can send a SMS Keyword DEMAND 3G™ on short code 51503. 4.You can also send e-mail to north1503@bsnl.co.in Our representative will contact you thereafter. Can I get 3G services on trial basis ?

You may visit BSNL website www.bsnl.co.in and click on promotional schemes

From where can I get forms for new 3G services ?

From Customer Care Centers and BSNL franchisees and from BSNL website www.bsnl.co.in

What are the various documents required for new 3G connection ?

2 photographs, proof of identity & proof of address, as required for present 2G mobile connection

What is the requirement for availing 3G services?

If 3G network coverage exists in your area, you require a 3G handset and subscription in BSNL network. BSNL will give you a USIM card

Is re-verification required in the activation of USIM ?

Re-verification is not required for an existing 2G subscriber as its verification has already been done while subscribing 2 G services. However, the existing 2G subscriber will have to fill up a new form for availing 3G services and selecting a tariff plan.

A list of available numbers with their price will be displayed once the selection of district has been made.
Choose your desired CDMA number as per availability.
Customers are now free to approach nearest customer service center. Customer will get the selected choice number by submitting requisite amount, documents and completing all the formalities within 10 days and get a new CDMA connection.
