Certificate based on the assessment and evaluation will be issued at

How to apply ?
The registration form duly filled along with the following documents is
to be sent or can be submitted by hand to AGM (Trg CO) V floor, O/o
GM Telecom Mangalore.
1) Two passport size photos (One should be pasted on registration form)
2) Photo copy of the Identity card issued by the College/Institution.
3) Sponsorship letter from respective College/Institute. If the student applies
voluntarily, i.e, without college's permission for training, they should affix a
Xerox copy of address proof and photo ID Proof.
