Sub: Clarification regarding revision in FMC and charges under annual/two years and three years payment options under unlimited broadband plans – reg.
Kindly refer R&C-CFA circular no. 58/12-13 dated 18-02-2013 regarding revision in fixed monthly charges and charges under annual/two years and three years payment options under various unlimited ADSL Postpaid Broadband Plans for existing and new ADSL postpaid broadband customers. Some field units have sought clarification regarding applicability of revised charges for the existing customers who are already under annual/two year/three year payment option before revision in tariff.
In this regard, it is clarified that “existing Broadband customers, who are already under Annual/Two year/three year payment option before revision in tariff, they may not be charged the revised tariff till the expiry of their current Annual/Two year/three year subscription.”
All other terms and conditions shall remain unchanged.
This has the approval of competent authority.
