Launching of “Maha Krishi Sanchar CUG Plan-NEW (MKS-NEW)” – Prepaid Mobile to

Department of Agriculture, Maharashtra w.e.f. 01.11.2015.

Salient features of “MKS NEW” CUG Plan

1. Unlimited free calls within CUG with increased group size.

2. Incoming Roaming calls free.

3. All three MKS Plans are merged into one CUG Plan – MKS NEW.

4. Minimal increase of plan value after five years (MKS I) in spite of increase in

 Service Tax.

5. Free data usage doubled to 400 Mbps compared to MKS II & III.

6. Increased Talk Time and SMS.

Terms and Conditions –

1.Period of MKS NEW Plan shall be applicable for three years only and BSNL reserves the right to revise tariff every year after

mutual consent of BSNL and Dept. of Agriculture (DOA).

2.ALL MKS plans (Prepaid/Postpaid) (MKS III, MKS II and MKS) will be merged with this MKS NEW plan

(Prepaid/Postpaid).

3.MKS-NEW (Prepaid) CUG plan will be applicable for new customers also.

4.Defaulters in OLD MKS Plans (Postpaid) will be allowed to migrate to MKS NEW Prepaid plan after clearance of outstanding.

5.It is mandatory to give details of email ID to send the eBills to MKS NEW Postpaid customers. The billing information will

also be sent by SMS. To have the Bill delivered by Post/courier, the postage/Delivery charges will be extra as applicable.

6.The Fixed Monthly charges (FMC) for MKS NEW Postpaid plan will be Rs.124/- + Service Tax (as per actual).

7.All other charges like ISD, Value Added Services (VAS), Video Call etc, not included in MKS-NEW (Prepaid/Postpaid) CUG

plan, will be as per “PER MINUTE Prepaid Plan”.

8.Minimum recharge per month per connection to avail CUG facility (Unlimited Free calls within CUG) of Rs 141/- is required.

9.Top up voucher may be used if the applicable freebies are exhausted before Validity Date and also to make STD, ISD calls

outside CUG own/other network.

10. If the customer fails to recharge the minimum recharge Condition applicable to this plan (i.e. Rs.141/-), he/she will be

treated as general prepaid customer and call charges will be applicable to him as per “PER MINUTE Prepaid Plan”.

11. A special voucher of Rs.776/- for validity of 6 Months and Rs.1551/- for validity of One Year.

12. All special Tariff Vouchers of Voice/DATA (Ad on for postpaid)/SMS/ISD/ Roaming in prepaid/postpaid may be

allowed.

13. The Number portability is allowed in this plan as per TRAI guidelines.

14. On blackout days the freebies will not be allowed. The blackout day will be intimated by BSNL.

15. MKS NEW Scheme can be extended to all the farmers who are having certificate from Taluka Agriculture officer (TAO)

OR Mandal Krishi Adhikari OR Latest Extract of 7/12, not older than 90 days/three Months.

16. In MKS NEW- Maximum 05 (01-farmer/ Employee + 04-family members ) connection can be provided as per below

procedure,

a) For Employee - CAF for each connection may be collected with the Proof of Address, Proof of Identity, photographs

attached.(Ref – letter no . 842-725/2005/157 Dated 23 March 2009, DOT,TERM, GOVT OF INDIA) along with

Employee certificate from Agriculture Department and Photo copy of Departments ID card.

b) For Employee’s Family Members - CAF of actual user for each connection may be collected with the Proof of

Address, Proof of Identity, photographs attached of the actual user (Family member),along with Employee certificate of

Employee from Agriculture Department and Photo copy of Departments ID card.

c) For Farmers - Separate CAF for each connection may be collected with the Proof of Address, Proof of Identity,

photographs attached, along with certificate from Taluka Agriculture officer (TAO) OR Mandal Krishi Adhikari OR

Latest Extract of 7/12, not older than 90 days/three Month.

d) For Farmer’s Family Member - CAF of actual user for each connection may be collected with the Proof of Address,

Proof of Identity, photographs attached of the actual user (Family member), along with certificate from Taluka

Agriculture officer (TAO)OR Mandal Krishi Adhikari OR Latest Extract of 7/12, not older than 90 days/three Month.
