It is hereby conveyed for implementing the C.O instructions on forthcoming Black-out days on 10.11.2015 (Pre-Diwali day) and 11.11.15 (Diwali) for all plans except for Talktime and SMS offer in CTOPUP Plan, and free Talktime in corporate and commercial CUG plan and free SMS in Police CUG and free Talk time in employee CUG plan.
