Tender
Buyer/Seller Organization can invite any type of tenders using BSNL e-Procurement Solution.
You may call Single Stage or Two Stage Tenders with the price bid type of Lump Sum Tender, Percentage Rate Tender,
Supply Tender, Item Rate Tender, and Item-wise Rate Tender.
You may call technical tender with Quality Based Selection (QBS) Tender, Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) Tender,
Least Cost Selection (LCS) Tender.
Department/Organization can also call the tenders based on Bidder Criteria. Solution provides you the flexibility to call
Single Nomination Based Tender, Limited Tender, Restricted Tender or Open Tender.
Tender can be called based on Single Envelop Tender, Two Envelop Tender or Three Envelop Tender.
Auction
BSNL e-Procurement Solution also provides Reverse Auction & Forward Auction with Live Bidding Process and Encrypted
Bid Process.
No cost to the Buyer
BSNL is offering e-Procurement (e-Tendering & e-Auction) solution to Buyer/Seller without any cost. It is an absolutely NoCost Solution for the Procurement Entity. Also, the Buyer/Seller will not need to worry about the hosting of online eProcurement solution which is hosted on BSNL’s Tire III Datacenter in India.
Following services will be provided free of charges to the Buyer organization service
• Charges payable by Buyer organization – Nil
• Digital signature certificate (class II) valid for period of two (2) years with e-token only for Buyer organization –
Free of charges
• Training charges for Buyer as well as Bidders (tender preparation, tenders closing, tender opening, bid submission
etc) – Free of charges
