Sub : Intimation to cancellation of Recruitment of Management
Trainee Examination and Refund of pre-examination fee – reg.
This is to intimate that Management Trainee Examination 2009, which was kept
in abeyance has been cancelled as per the instructions of BSNL Corporate Office, New
Delhi vide ltr No.74-1/2013-DE dtd 04.4.2014. It has also been decided to refund the
fee remitted to BSNL by the candidates applied for the said examination.
Those candidates who had applied earlier to this examination and paid the
application fee may write to BSNL claiming refund of the fee along with the following
documents:
1. Identity proof with photo identical to the photo attached with the application.
2. Amount remitted to BSNL along with proof of fee remitted.
3. Complete postal Address along with Pin.
4. E-mail ID of the applicant, if any.
5. Phone No. with STD code.
After verifying genuineness of the above documents the fee will be refunded
through crossed cheque. The letter claiming refund of the application fee along with the
above said documents/information may be sent to the undersigned at the address given
below.
