Other Terms and Conditions

Uniform Grace period of 15 days is allowed for all value of cards. No additional grace period is allowed. No outgoing call is allowed during the grace period. The unutilized balance amount in the previous card can be carried forward in case of renewal within the grace period, otherwise it shall lapse.
SIM and Recharge vouchers will be sold from the BSNL Customer Care Centre and authorized dealer i.e. Franchisee/BA/DSA.
The CDMA PCOs/VPTs can be allowed to any person as per the existing terms and conditions for Landline PCOs/VPTs.
No security deposit in the form of cash/Bank guarantee etc. is required to be taken in the case of Prepaid CDMA PCO/VPTs.
No service charge is allowed for intra circle calls. However for inter circle calls, considering stiff competition, the charging of service charge is not mandatory.

Other Terms and Conditions

Grace Period I: 15 days after validity within which the unutilized balance of previous card is carried forward but no outgoing call is allowed.
Grace period II: 30 days after the expiry of GP I, in which there is no outgoing/incoming facility and the account balance lapses. The VPT owner can recharge within the GP II period.
After 45th day of validity, the connection will be deactivated.
The lifetime validity is upto the current license period of -Feb-2020 or upto renewed license period.
SIM and Recharge vouchers will be sold from the BSNL Customer Care Centre and authorized dealer i.e. Franchisee/BA/DSA.
The CDMA VPTs can be allowed to any person as per the existing terms and conditions for Landline VPTs.

Mode of extension of validity in different plan of CDMA Prepaid service are as under :

2. Max mode: In the event of any recharge, the existing remaining days of validity or validity available with new recharge which ever is more will prevail in the validity account.

Conditions	Effective validity
If validity of new recharge voucher is more than balance validity days.	The validity of new recharge will be effective from the date of recharge
If the validity of new recharge voucher is less than the balance validity days.	The existing balance validity days will continue.

3. Add mode : Validity available with all RCVs recharged are added to the remaining validity days in the subscriber's account. Add mode would be applicable to normal plans but validity may be accumulated up to maximum of 2 years.

4. Plans having Minimum Recharge Condition (MRC) of any specific amount of recharge/top-up within specific time period would continue to exist. For example, in the case of life-time plan, for extension of validity of 180/365 days the customer has to recharge with a minimum recharge/top-up of Rs. 200/-.
