INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATES APPEARING FOR DIRECT RECRUITEMENT EXAMINATION
FOR TTA TO BE HELD ON 14/07/2013
1 Candidates should note that their eligibility is provisional . Issue of admit card does
not construed the eligibility
2 Use Black Ball Point Pen Only for OMR answer sheet. Gel Pens/Pencils are not
allowed. Do not put stray marks anywhere on the OMR Answer Sheet.
3 Since answers and other particulars in OMR Answer sheets are to be filled with
black ball point pen, there is no provision for change of answers by eraser/blade/white
fluid etc. Therefore, all particulars including answers are to be filled in very carefully.
Please note that the OMR Answer Sheet will not be replaced under any circumstances.
No marking/tampering should be done on “Bar Code”.
4 Since the OMR answer sheet may be evaluated by special scanning machines each
bubble therein should be darkened completely using black ball point pen. Incomplete
darkening of the bubbles will be taken as invalid answer.
5 Candidate should darken only one circle for each question. In case more than one
circle is darkened against any question, the answer will be treated as incorrect and will
be marked accordingly.
6 Mark your answer only in the appropriate circle against the corresponding number to
the question you are answering.
7 Rough work must not be done on OMR Answer Sheet Use Rough Sheet (wherever
provided) in the Question Booklet (QB) for Rough Work.
8 Please ensure that you are writing Roll Number correctly, as allotted to you.
9 Mark all relevant information. Your OMR Answer Sheet may be evaluated through
electronic scanning process. Incomplete and incorrect entries may render your Answer
Sheet invalid.
10 All instructions as contained in the Question Booklet (QB) and both sides of OMR
Answer Sheet must be read carefully by the candidate. After the Examination, the OMR
Answer-Sheet should be returned to the Invigilator before leaving the Examination Hall.
11 Failure to adhere to instructions above will render your Answer Sheet invalid and will
not be evaluated.
12 The candidates should come to the examination Hall with the Admit card
Candidates without the Admit Card Will not be allowed to sit for the examination
13 The candidates are required to occupy their seat half an hour before the scheduled
time of the examination in order to go through the instructions and complete formalities
of the examination.
14 No candidate will be admitted inside the Examination Hall 30 minutes after the
scheduled time of commencement of the examination and no candidate will be
permitted to leave the Examination Hall till the closing time of the examination ie 13hrs
15 The candidate should carry their own black ball-point pen(s) to the examination hall
to fill up the entries or mark the answers in the OMR answer sheet.
16 The candidates are advised not to adopt any unfair means during the examination.
In case it is found that any candidate is adopting unfair means, he will be expelled from
the examination hall
17 Please handle your answer sheet carefully. Keep it dust free. If it is mutilated, torn,
folded, wrinkled, rolled or dusty, it may not be evaluated. The OMR Sheet should
neither be cut nor mutilated and it should be returned in its original shape by the
candidate after taking examination.
18 The candidates is required to write in his own handwriting the following statements
in the relevant box of the OMR answer sheet and put his signature:
“I certify that I am the person whose name and Roll No. appears in this
answer sheet”.
19 While writing/signing in the box care must be taken not to cross the margin/border
of the box.
20 In this examination the candidates will be provided OMR answer sheet to mark their
answers. With this OMR Sheet, another sheet (carbonless) is attached. If any
impression is marked on the OMR Sheet, it will get copied on the carbonless sheet.
During the examination, the candidates should not make any attempt to detach the two
sheets. Any attempt by the candidate to detach the sheet will render the answer sheet
invalid. The Invigilator, after the examination is over, shall detach the carbonless sheet
and handover the same to the candidate. The candidates thus must ensure to collect
copy of his answer sheet (carbon less sheet) from the Invigilator after the examination
is over. No correspondence or request afterwards to supply a copy of the answer
sheet shall be entertained.
21Except simple scientific calculator ( Non programmable) no other electronic gadget
or mobile phone or any study material or any blade/eraser/white fluid will be allowed to
be taken inside the Examination hall . The candidates are thus advised not to bring
these items to the Examination Centre as BSNL cannot take the responsibility of safe
custody of such items.
22 The instructions given by the invigilators and the Center Supervisor should be
followed strictly.
