BSNL Promotion of CDR (Call Detail Record) features

BSNL subscribers are required to register their mobile number and email id due to our

migration of new software billing system called CDR . To provide customer satisfaction the following

facilities / features are available in the new system.

Online Bill payment services through BSNL portal

By using BSNL user friendly online payment system in the portal link

http://portal.bsnl.in/portal/aspxfiles/login.aspx the customer gets 1% rebate in the next bill.

Further bills are being sent on customer's registered E mailID with CDR system.

Mobile Customer Alerts and Email services.

The CDR system is capable of sending the following SMS alerts to customer

Bill amount, payment reminder and payment received alerts

Fault booking acknowledgement and clearance intimation

Query of bill amount

Broadband usage limit alert

The mobile number registration involves collection of four information , namely the telephone

number, account number printed on bill , mobile number and E mail ID.

The registration can be done as follows
