BSNL AP CIRCLE : “Threshold Limit” for Postpaid Mobile customers

The following “Threshold Limit” for Postpaid Mobile customers of different groups
are going to be implemented w.e.f. 1.11.2012
Threshold Limit for Individual Customers:
The maximum Credit Limit for individual customers will be Rs.2500 (or)
Maximum Paid invoice amount for the previous year (or) deposit collected (or)
Package based credit limit whichever is higher and rounded to the next higher
multiple of INR.100/-
Threshold Limit for CUG or corporate subscribers:
The maximum threshold limit for CUG group will be fixed as INR 1000/- x
Number of customers in CUG or Maximum Paid invoice amount for the
previous year or deposit collected whichever is higher and rounded off to next
multiple of INR 100/-
Threshold Limit for VPTs:
Threshold Limit for VPTs will be Rs.200/- and PCOs Rs.250/-


The important process involved in the new THS procedure and the salient features
are listed below :-
1. At 90% of threshold limit : The full discount / freebies for the month is
taken into account.
2. From 90% to 200% of threshold crossing:- Daily SMS will be sent to the
subscriber to pay the additional amount at CSR. Message contains as “94x
xxx xx xx” Your usage has reached Rs.xxxxx. xx, which exceeds 90% of your
credit limit Rs.xxxxx.xx Please contact CSR and pay additional amount to
avoid disconnection”.
3. At 200% of THS Limit : Second level of SMS goes to the subscriber
informing about the Outgoing barring. Message contains as “94x xxx xx
xx” Your usage has reached Rs.xxxxx. xx, which exceeds 200% of your credit
limit Rs.xxxxx.xx Please contact CSR. If the amount is not paid by the
subscriber the Outgoing will be barred manually by Circle / SSA / CSR.
4. At 300% of THS Limit :- Third level of SMS goes to the subscriber
informing about the Incoming barring. Message contains as “94x xxx xx
xx” Your usage has reached Rs.xxxxx. xx, which exceeds 300% of your credit
limit Rs.xxxxx.xx Please contact CSR. If the amount is not paid the
Incoming will be barred manually by Circle / SSA / CSR.
5. At 500 % of THS limit :- If the O/G and I/C not barring manually on
crossing the 200% and 300% stage then the system will auto bar outgoing /
Incoming at 500%.

FOR BSNL- ADSL BROADBAND CUSTOMERS
BSNL 3G Data Card (3.6 Mbps) at Reduced Price is offered to BSNL ADSL Broadband
customers in AP Circle for 90 days w.e.f. 1.11.2012.
The details of the scheme are as follows.
a) Sale price of 3.6 Mbps data card : `.800/-(Excl. of VAT) for ADSL Broadband
customers with FMC >= `.600/- plan (Monthly payment option).
b) Sale price of 3.6 Mbps data card : `.500/-(Excl. of VAT) for ADSL Broadband
customers with any FMC plan under annual payment option.
c) SUK with 1GB free data usage embedded in the SIM with a validity of 30 days -
`.132/- (excl.of S.Tax) (Rs.148).
SUK price includes price of Normal SIM and if the customer wants USIM SIM
, then an additional `.59/- is to be charged.
d) The Bundled free data usage of 1GB is to be used within 30 days from the date of
activation.
e) Plan voucher `.51(Incl. of S.Tax) (200 MB free data usage to be used within 30 days
from the date from the date of activation) shall be purchased for activation of data
plan.
Customers are requested to approach nearest BSNL Customer Service Centres
along with the latest Broadband/Landline bill paid receipt.
