1. The cases of appeals against the decisions of the District Level (SSA) Adalats.

After examining each case, the Telephone Adalat will intimate the date time and place for personal hearing of the petitioner on the unresolved case and after final hearing, the decision of the Telephone Adalat will be intimated with in two weeks to the parties.

* On activation of SRC-1, the following additional features for initial two (2) months from the date of SRC are
allowed..
a) All on-net & Off-net (local/STD) calls will be charged @ 1.4 Ps/2 Sec.
b) SMS charges for local/National; for On-net@ 10 Ps/SMS, for Off-net @ 15 ps/SMS.
After completion of two months, the normal plan tariff of Swagatham (As given in the Annexure)
shall be applicable.
