Launching New Portal BSNL Bulk SMS through which customers can push bulk messages.

BSNL Bulk SMS service provides a simple and user-friendly way for sending bulk as well as individual messages at affordable rates. This Service includes the facility to send both transactional and promotional SMSs. Transcational SMS can be send by customers through our webportal/API. Promotional SMS has to be send on behalf of the Customer by CSR.

Procedure for sending bulk SMS

• Purchase the required bulk SMS plan from the nearest BSNL Customer Service Center
• Username, password and sender name will be alloted to the user.
• The user can then log on to our website and start using it
• The user can upload the sms file in excel format and schedule it as per convenience.
• SMS can be send as long as there is sufficient balance in the user's account.
• Customers can also directly send SMS Messages from their software application by consuming W3C standard Web Services published in BSNL's SMS Gateway

BSNL has decided to continue its unlimited free calling on Sundays, for Landline/Broadband/FTTH customers, both existing as well as new, on pan-India basis, till 30-Apr-2018.

Sunday Free Calling Facility Continues… BSNL is glad to announce that unlimited free voice calling on Sundays, for Landline/Broadband/FTTH customers, both existing as well as new, on pan-India basis, - from BSNL Landline to any other phone or operator within India - which was supposed to cease on 31-01-2018, will continue to be FREE for another 3 months viz. upto 30 April 2018. This decision has been taken considering popular demand from across the country. This applies only to those pan-India/circle–specific tariff plans which specifically fall under free night calling /free Sunday calling category. Moreover, there is a Friends and Family add-on scheme which gives unlimited free calls 24/365 to any number anywhere in India, at anytime of the day or night, in respect of customer-selected numbers as mentioned below.  Rs 21. per month for choosing one number.  Rs 39. per month for choosing two numbers  Rs 49. per month for choosing three numbers. BSNL has many BB (Broadband) plans to cater to different customer needs, like BBG Combo ULD 1199, 1495, 1599, 2295 (pan-India) plans under ADSL category, which have unlimited free calls.
