SIM & Activation Charges and Replacement charges for SIM

It is hereby conveyed for Rationalisation of SIM Price for 2G & 3G for Chennai Telephones w.e.f 01.02.2014 as mentioned below:- a) Rationalized price of paired and unpaired SIMs:- SIM & Activation: 32K/64K SIM 128K SIM 32K/64K/128K MicroSIM 64K NanoSIM 256K SIM SIM Price in Rs. (Incl. of S. Tax)* i) Paired SIM - (For New Connection) 20 59 59 59 200 ii) Unpaired CYMN 20 59 59 59 200 iii) Unpaired MNP 20 59 59 59 200 iv) Unpaired Replacement 20 59 59 59 200 v) Upfront Commission to Franchisees in Rs. 5 19 19 19 35   b) The existing order for offering replacement SIM free to customer who makes top-up of Rs.100 (normal SIM) and Rs.140 (USIM is withdrawn. Note: 1. In case of lost and replacement cases, the SIMs shall be given through CSC only. 2. The above tariff will be implemented with effect from 01.02.2014.
