Cashback scheme for all the new and existing BSNL's LL/BB/BBoWiFi Customers who opts half yearly/annual payment option

Cashback scheme for all the new and existing BSNL's LL/BB/BBoWiFi Customers who opts half yearly/annual payment option in all the Circles. Details are as follows:

• Customers (new and existing) subscribing to annual and half yearly rental plans will be charged full rental amount and eligible cashback (defined below) shall be credited back to customer account.
  Eg. During New Registration or Plan change to annual option, instead of current practice of charging the customer with 11/10 months rental, 12 months rental will be charged to customer.
• 25% cashback/credit will be given to customers opting for annual plan and 15% cashback/credit will be given to the customers opting for half yearly plan.
  E.g. if the annual rental is Rs.1000 and GST is Rs.180. Post payment against the invoice, an amount of Rs.250 will be given as credit adjustment / cashback.
• This cashback credited amount is utilizable against any type of payment customer does in future to BSNL for that number like add on pack, plan upgrade etc.
• In case customer is going for plan change of this service, second cash back will not happen to this service within the period of one year of taking annual subscription. Differential amount shall be charged for the service upgrade.
• The scheme shall be effective for a period upto 31st Jan-2019.

PROCEDURE OF PATCH UPDATION IN DIGISOL MODEM(Model no:DG-BG4300NU ADSL 2/2+)

 Click here to download the Patch for DIGISOL Modem PROCEDURE OF PATCH UPDATION IN DIGISOL MODEM(Model no:DG-BG4300NU ADSL 2/2+) It is found that in case of DIGISOL modem bearing model no:DG-BG4300NU ADSL 2/2+ some WAN side protocol ports(e.g.FTP,Telnet, SSH, HTTP, SNMP, UPnP including CWMP) are enabled but due to security reasons these ports should be disabled. In order to do the same the patch (image file):”DGBG4300NU_B2_FW_31MAY2018_BSNL.IMG” to be uploaded under the Firmware Update menu in Maintenance tab(Screenshot attached,Fig:2) after logging into the modem using User name ‘admin’ and password as ‘admin’(Screenshot attached,Fig:1) .It is to be mentioned here that the Firmware Version will remain same as ‘BSNL 2.0.0’ before and after updation of patch. After the firmware updation the login User name will remain same(i.e. admin) but password will get changed to the last 8digit of the modem MAC which is written in the back side of the particular modem. However, modem login password can be changed in the following ways: 1)Under the password menu in Maintenance tab , “select” in radio button with User Name as admin 2) Put Old Password(last 8 digit of modem MAC), New Password and Confirm Password accordingly and click over Modify tab.
