            It is hereby conveyed for the Regularization of the Circle Specific Pre-paid Plan.  “Nesam Gold” in CHTD ( including Tamilnadu LSA) under GSM Mobile Pre-paid services w.e.f 14.02.2017.

       No Change in Existing Tariff for the Plans Nesam Gold .

       All other Terms & Conditions of the Plan remain the same.

Note :-
1) For free trial period of Mobile TV/services consent of Customers will be taken as per the TRAI guidelines issued from time to time
2) After the first pre-defined free trial, customer may be auto-renewed with the same mobile TV pack which he opted during first time when TV pack is offered free of cost to him.
3) Second consent of auto-renewal is obtained from the customer when he is subscribing to the free mobile TV packs
4) An SMS at least 24 hours before the expiry of validity period, will be sent to customer stating terms and conditions of services as desired under TRAI guidelines.
5) The above free trial will be available up to 31st March, 2017.
