Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has started New Service for Bill
Payment, Bill Enquiry, Top-Up, Recharge, STVs and VAS Services through
BSNL Retailers/DSAs by using C-Top-Up SIM (on USSD platform).
BSNL Customers can instantly pay the bills/recharge/top-up/stv/vas service with
the nearest BSNL "Retailers/DSAs" of their area by using this C-Top-Up
payment channel.

2) Recharge of Prepaid GSM/CDMA Top-Ups, Plan Vouchers & STVs
