The current voice / data usage for postpaid 2G / 3G customer is available in BSNL’s customer
care portal http://portal.bsnl.in
Procedure is as follows:
1. Open the site on Internet Explorer browser.
2. Click on upper tab: “Duplicate bill / usage details”.
3. Click on Left menu: “Usage details”.
4. Enter Mobile number and Account number.
5. Click on <generate PIN>.
6. You will shortly receive an SMS on the specified mobile giving your PIN number.
7. Enter this PIN.
8. Now you can see the current unbilled usage on the screen.
9. This information can be saved as a PDF document by clicking on “Save as PDF”.
