BSNL Value Added Service Gold and Silver Pack

Terms and Conditions   1. This subscription is available only to BSNL users.   2. You have legally availed the connection by providing all requisite documents and you are due authority to activate the subscription.   3. You have subscribed to this pack by sending a response to SMS, with the keyword denoting the subscription of the Pack.   4. You have voluntarily expressed your interest in subscribing for the Gold and Silver SMS Pack.   5. You agree and authorize BSNL to deduct or charge an amount of Rs. 4/- per fortnight, 15 days from the date of activation from/in your account.   6. You undertake to pay the charges from time to time and understand that the charges once deducted /charged are non-transferable and non-refundable.   7. You will receive only two (2) SMS per day in English language only.   8. Unless un-subscribed the subscription will remain valid and you will pay the monthly subscription fees as may be charged from time to time.   9. You agree that the information or updates provided by to you by virtue of registering for SMS Pack is only informative and not authenticated.   10. By providing the services, the operator, content provider or intermediary does not confirm the accuracy or warrant the correctness of the prices. None of the parties assume any liability for providing the information.   11. You agree that all your decisions will be made on your own out of your free will after satisfying yourself by your independent verification and without depending solely on the information provided under the SMS Pack.   12. You understand and irrevocable agree that the operator, content provider or intermediary does not provide any warranties nor assume any liability by providing the information to you by SMS.
