A.P. Telecom Circle will hold 43rd Circle Level Telephone Adalat, DECEMBER 2012 At Hyderabad under the Chairmanship of Chief General Manager to redress the Complaints of Customers in A.P. Telecom Circle.
All Complaints/grievances which are received upto 31-12-2012 only will be considered.
The representation signed by Customers must contain the following particulars
regarding the previous correspondence with the BSNL (a) the reference/copies of replies received from the BSNL by the customer and (b) the petition to the Telephone Adalat with the reasons for non-satisfaction.
Customers may please note that the following type of petitions only will be registered.
1. The cases of appeals against the decisions of the District Level (SSA) Adalats. After examining each case, the Telephone Adalat will intimate the date time and place for personal hearing of the petitioner on the unresolved case and after final hearing, the decision of the Telephone Adalat will be intimated with in two weeks to the parties.
CUSTOMERS MAY PLEASE NOTE THAT: -
Complaints of routine nature, inquiries or routed through Council/Association/ Group and inquiries from STD PT/Local PT attendants will not be entertained.
